On my inspire HR the heart rate screen is very, very dim, and there are no numbers only blanks

Thanks for posting your questions on the Forums, I'll be glad to give you a hand with this. Please check the information on this article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? You can also restart your Inspire HR to see if this fixes the dim screen.
