Can anyone give me any ideas why my Fitbit Inspire HE stopped tracking my heart rate on 19th July? Am I now without pulse? Am I dead? My device is still under guarantee as I have only had it since Christmas 2019...

Have had mine since spring 2020. Mine now isn't tracking for long periods during the day. Apparently I'm dead occasionally. I understand variables that impact accuracy and have addressed those possible issues. Any help on how to fix the problem other than my resting heart rate is insanely good at 0?

Hi, have you managed to resolve your current issues with your Fitbit? I cant get through on their helpline and Argos, where I purchased from, are unwilling to help, they say it's Fitbit responsibility as I've had my device over 30 days. It is still under a years guarantee BTW.
