I just brought my inspire hr. How do i get it to track heart rate? It is set to on, on the device but has never tracked. Ive had for 3 days now and about to take it back. Please help.

Let me help you with your Inspire HR heart rate tracking. What do you see in the app? Could you share a screenshot? How often do you sync your device? I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
