I entered my max heart rate as 170 which is the correct number for me. However, it’s still showing incorrectly. My peak is showing as fat burn, my cardio is showing as below zone. This is very frustrating after I’ve done a really intense workout because it’s showing as no active zone minutes. How do I fix this?

I don't know about changing the max heart rate; unless you have a good reason, I would leave it at the default of 220-age.
Going from Inspire to Inspire 2 came with big changes in the way heart rate zones are calculated, and in the change from Active Minutes to (Active) Zone Minutes.
I won't try to explain all the changes, but give you references to let you read, but do realize your resting heart rate is now a factor, the new zones are now generally harder to achieve, and the default goals for Zone Minutes are different from those for Active minutes.

Gotta give some specific numbers. On phone app, click Zone Minutes circle. What does it say for heart rate limits for the 3 zones?

Hi Johnny,
it has the following:
Fat Burn 114 to 132
cardio: 133 to 155
Peak 156+
These are wrong. I’ve always been the following:
Fat Burn: 101-118
Cardio: 119- 149
peak: 150+
please help.

Sorry, forgot to ask also for resting heart rate. Did you just change from a different Fitbit model?
Also, as you just entered your max heart rate, was that a change from what it was before? If so, wouldn't that make a difference?

My testing is 78. Yes my Inspire died so I orders the Inspire two. It just randomly changed my max heart rate so I couldn’t check to see what it used to be. So strange.
