I have this what I belive to be a fitbit charge but I have no proof otherwise, can't find anything about it on the Internet.

It looks like you have some charge on it.  If you have the app loaded, you can just go to add a device and try adding various devices you suspect it might be.  You can tell by what it recognizes.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
