Help with inspire - it doesn’t log walks on the app log.

I have the inspire not the hr version. My old Fitbit flex registered walks on the app log without using the gps even using the treadmill at the gym.  (But not the miles) However the log on the app doesn’t register any walks wearing my inspire , I have to go in and register them manually to keep track of monthly miles walked.  I’ve got walks over 15 mins selected on the app and have put ignored for the others.  No joy. Do I need to do something else.  I can check miles on the watch before I start and check at the end but I still have to input the miles on the app. I’ve also realised that the hourly reminder to move doesn’t vibrate like the flex did. I have it checked on the app.

Hi @Maz70  Something sounds wrong with your Inspire. Try restarting it several times and see ifit pick up. If it doesnt please come back here.

Tried the restart and I got the smiley face but no vibration!

Does your Inspire ever vibrate? The motor might not be working. I will flag a moderator to come and help you.

No it doesn’t vibrate.  I checked I have the reminder to move selected but no vibration like my flex did.

Sounds like it will need to be replaced. A moderator should be along to help.
