Basically there are no issues with my Fitbit I’m just slightly confused as to how the calorie system works. I have set my calories to have a 250cal deficit everyday and on average I burn around 2,200 calories a day. For example today I burnt 2,099 calories and I have eaten 1,360 and it is saying I have 592 left. If I were to eat those 592 calories would I still be in the deficit or would I be going over?

The calories left to eat algorithm looks at your average expenditure for the rest of the day and then gives an estimate of how much you can eat so that you will achieve your deficit by midnight. Note that the deficit calculation is a midnight to midnight number. I suggest looking at what you normally do for the rest of the day to decide if you can consume the full amount. If you typically work out late in the evening and then for today decide not to do that the calories left to eat may include your workout and so you might go over if you eat the full amount.
