Ho to stop unwanted memory message

Hi, I set up a new Inspire Fitbit on Sunday 9 June 2019. It is synced to my mobile. Please could you tell me how to stop a memory message that keeps appearing on my device. The message says "Memory reminder, Ledbury July 2018. I have no idea why this keeps getting randomly sent to my device nor how to stop it.

@JuliaBerry63Does that Ledbury message mean anything to you? As in, would you have ever put a reminder or note in your phone about that?  I have never seen anyone in the community complain about that particular message, so It seems like it has to be tied to your phone in some way.

Hi, yes last year I went to Ledbury and there was a memory on Facebook, but that was before I got my device and I can no longer see the memory on Facebook. Any suggestions welcome as the message has been in my device twice this morning already.

@JuliaBerry63 You could try turning off your Facebook notifications and see if that solves the issue. Maybe not a long term solution if you still want those to pop up on your device, but at least we can identify if that is really the issue.  

 

You can turn that off in the Inspire settings on the app (Inspire settings/Notifications/App Notifications/Facebook toggled to off).
