After a workout yesterday, I noticed lines across the top of my screen, as if the backlight went out. When I press the button on the side the screen will turn on the clock face for a second or two, then it switches to some settings thing I’ve never seen before, and it won’t go back to the regular screen unless I wait a few minutes. It also isn’t always responding to commands, or allowing me to access the workout shortcuts. I’ve had this Fitbit for less than 6 months, so I’m pretty bummed. I’ve tried restarting it once but that didn’t help. Any ideas on what I should do?
