I bought an Inspire 2 a couple of years ago. It never tracked biometrics accurately (I was able to compare to 2 other devices which were consistent with each other and not the Fitbit). I spent so much time trying to communicate with them, getting disconnected, and repeating procedures that never fixed the problem that I gave up and it sat on a shelf to 2 years. I then tried to give it to may 9-year-old to use and have now found out he can't use it because Fitbit won't allow it. I am an occupational therapist and was looking for a biometric devise to recommend to clients. I will NEVER use Fitbit again or recommend them.
