New to fitbit-Inspire 2

I set an hourly goal and was trying to see if my fitbit could vibrate at me to remind me to get up and move.   I have it set during computer hours, so a reminder to get up for a bit would be great.    Is there a way to have the fitbit vibrate 'aggresivly' to get my attention to remind me to move?

Is hourly goals strictly a step tracker for each hour?

Hello @TheMrsMatthews and welcome to the Community.  Fitbit's Reminders to move are a reminder to get up and take some steps.  Please make sure you have all the settings correct.  And yes, it's only for steps.  The Inspire 2 only has one vibration setting, so there's no way to change it.

Oh, so it is the same vibration as when I twitch my wrist to check my steps and the time?   I no longer notice that anymore as I trigger it when typing and doing work at my desk.    I will just need to set a phone reminder than!   Thank you

Edit:  Looked around more and found I can set an alarm clock which is a series of stronger buzzes.   Set one for each hour I want to get some steps in.   Thanks again!
