Hourly activity goal not updating on app

For two days now, I’ve carefully monitored and made sure I get my 250 steps per hour.  When I sync, the dashboard shows I missed an hour or two.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Which mobile device are you using to sync your Inspire HR? If you haven't already done so, please restart your device and try the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the operating system version og your phone is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

I tried your suggestion, still not syncing for me. Started today at 5pm. I have iPhone and iOS is current. This may be going back if I can't get things working. Not keeping something that only partially does What it proclaims  only had this since yesterday and already a problem
