Hourly steps not being acknowledged by inspire HR

I've reset my inspire hr, reconnected Bluetooth but it's still not reading that I've reached the 250 steps an hour goal so it tells me I've not moved, but I exercised and have definitely hit my hourly goals...I've only had the device for 5 days...

@lisawilsey Welcome to the Community! Sorry for the delay in my response.

Let me help you with your missing reminders to move and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Do you mean that you don't see this progress on your account or is it that your Inspire HR will notify that you still need to walk 250 steps even though you already walked more that this amount of steps? If it is the first then please remove the reminders to move, save and sync then set them up again. You can also try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Finally if it is the second then try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Make sure that your tracker is syncing and see how it behaves.

Let me know how it goes.

Thank you! It wasn't counting the steps that I had don't towards my hourly.
I reset the hr, reinstalled my Fitbit app, and after a few hours it seemed
to be back on track. Now I don't seem to have issues.

I have this issue as well. I have had the inspire hr since Christmas.  Two days in a row yesterday and today I show over 250 steps for 5 oclock, but did not get a dot or credit for that hourly walk.  I did the rest and reload, didn't help!  I am so very frustrated, I had the inspire for a year and updated to the inspire hr hoping it would not require all this resetting all the time.
