Hourly steps not showing on app

For a few days now, when I check my hourly steps it says 0.  I do get notifications on my wrist that I have gotten the 250 in for the hour.  It stopped tracking over a week ago.  Sometimes when I look , the last week shows, then it disappears. Today it shows Sunday and Monday, but not Tuesday or today, nothing for the week prior. I've only had this device for about 4 weeks.

Is this something anyone else is experiencing?

A warm welcome to the Community @Wolfrunner19. Thank you for the details mentioned.

It's pretty weird that your hourly steps aren't updating. I would like you to make sure you have the latest app version and please set reminders to move again.

Let me know how it goes.

Hi, Off and on, each day, I log on and they are gone, then a bit later they show up again. It usually shows all week as a 0 and part of the previous week, then they trickle back each time I open the app again.  Each morning I have to turn off my wifi on my andriod phone and then turn it back on again to see my sleep results. It's pretty frustrating. I've had a few other fitbits and this was never an issue. We don't have wifi issues in the house. Ever since I got the "Inspire", it's been very hard to get results and when I ran on the treadmill the other day I didn't get my results until later that evening.

I am having the same problem. My Fitbit shows that I’ve take 16K steps and that I moved 6 of the 9 hours I have set. But the app only shows the total number of steps, and 0 for moving across the hours. I believe this is messing up my number of calories burned as it shows I’ve only burned 12K. I have the most updated version of the app and I have done a soft restart on the Fitbit itself. Not tracking my hourly is really defeating the purpose of having a Fitbit, how can I fix this?
