How Do I Sync my Watch On The Website

I have the Fitbit app, but my watch won't sync, so I am now trying to sync it on the website. Also, is there any way to do challenges on the website? Thanks.

Unfortunately, it's "no" to both questions - you can't sync from a web browser and you can only use challenges from the app.

However, if you have a computer running Windows 10 then you might be able to use the Fibit app there.

Has your fitbit just stopped syncing or has it never synced? 

The usual things I try when I get syncing issues are:

• restart phone
• restart fitbit using this procedure: Help article: How do I restart my tracker?
• restart fitbit a few more times (it doesn't always work)
• "forget" the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings
• go through Fitbit's troubleshooting guide at: Help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com
