How can I adjust my Inspire 2 to be more accurate?

It's steps are not massively out i'd say but the calories seems to be. And steps and calories during sleeping are out.

For example between midnight and 6am I apparently burnt 650 calories and did 400 steps.

I am in an active job (workshop) and workout in a morning (weights 5 times a per week)... by the end of a day it's estimated about 4300 to 4600 calories and about 17 to 20k steps.

I suppose the steps isn't massively far off, maybe 15 to 20k id have thought. But i'm not burning nearly 5k a day calories wise. I put on loads of weight if I eat over 3k a day let alone that. More likely burning about 3k or shy of that i'd say,

Is it possible to make any adjustments or anyway of making it more accurate?

  1. Check your Fitbit weight. If it is entered too high, it will make calorie burn look too high.
  2. Are you aware Fitbit include your BMR (basal metabolic rate) calorie burn?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
