How can I awaken my Inspire HR?

It keeps firmware updating statue. Then, sleep forever. No response. Cannot power on it.

From my iPod device, it shows me the button `Update Tracker`, which will keep searching, and asking me is your inspire HR powered on?

So, it's dead forever??

Having the same issue. Tried updating 4 separate times on different days. After about 1.5 hours update never takes. Turned my iPhone off and back on also. This morning was over 4.5 hours. I finally turned my phone off again just to make it stop.  

Get X with circle at times. Other times you can see the gray update line across the face which may or may not turn bright white showing progress but still no update.
