I recently purchased Fitbit inspire 2. But the app is worst . How can I connect my watch?

Hi, @Debosmita , I guess you have downloaded the app to your phone or tablet... I think you have probably set up an account with an email and password and opened up the app.
On the opening screen, click on the little person icon (top left). That takes you to the Account screen. There you will see + set up a Fitbit. Click on that, and a drop down screen will appear for you to choose your Fitbit (I’m guessing Inspire 2, because that’s the forum you have posted in). Once you have chosen your Fitbit, then you should be able to follow the instructions.
If you are getting hung up in the middle of the set up somewhere, please let us know how far you get and what error messages (if any) you receive. Also let us know what phone you are using for the set up, as that will help with troubleshooting.
If you are having trouble navigating the app after set up, please give us a few more details of what issues you are having. Someone will surely be able to point you in the right direction - there’s always someone here to help.

This is a joke! Fitbit was working fine for years and on my iPhone 13 all year until now! I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled it multiple times and still won’t work! I’m getting ready to throw this thing away!

I cannot even log in as all it says is 'scan text' for everything. I did that for id and password but then it wants the 4 digits on my fitbit but never does a keyboard appear to enter them. I have tried to reset successfully with smiley face but still my heart rate is dark. It has been working for months and now just won't. the other items appear fine and track. (I fear if it water locks one more time I may hunt for a hammer tho)... thx

now after multiple resets, inspire 2 will not show the right time. It is 4 hours off! I keep resetting. I try to snyc but instructions are not valid. there is no 'sync now' that I can find.
