I have been using an Inspire HR to monitor my running sessions. I did not sync them with the Fitbit app on my mobile. Is there a way to see those previous runs because I can't seem to find a way to look at my previous runs?

I found your post!
If the runs have not been synced to the app there is no way to see the stats for them. But if your Inspire syncs regularly to the app, the information should be there. Go to the exercise/activity tile (a running man) and then scroll through the activities listed and you should find the runs you want. Select the run and the stats should come up.

No, the runs were not synced to the app. Isn't there any way I can see the stats on the watch itself rather than the app? Doesn't the watch save the data for the past 7 days, so it must be saved somewhere, right?
Thank you for helping 😄
