How do I Turn off "motivational" messages on Inspire HR?

How do I turn these off? I've checked through every settings and notifications option several times and just can't find it but it's constantly buzzing on my arm and it's the same messages all the time.

To turn health and wellness reminders off: 

1. In the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > your device image > Health & Wellness Reminders.
2. Turn the reminder off.

I've just tried this on my fitbit inspire and I just have activity and wellness and no place to turn off reminders. Can you please help. Thanks
