How do I change the clock face on my Inspire?

How do i change clock face on inspire?? The fitbit app is not working. Depota

Hi @Shoyorker - According to page 19 in the Inspire manual, in order to change the clock face, you must do it from the Fitbit app. Can you give us more information on why the app may not be working? 

• Is this a new problem?
• Which phone do you have and is it at the right iOS (14 or higher) or OS (10 or higher) version? 
• What happens when you try to open the Fitbit app on your phone?

Hi there, @Shoyorker. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. 

As a first approach, please make sure that your Inspire is still connected to your Fitbit account, otherwise, you won't be able to change the clock face. To do so, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image. If you need to relink your Inspire 2, see How do I set up my Fitbit device? 

Once you make sure that your Inspire is linked and syncing, please follow the steps recommend by @SunsetRunner on how to change the clock face.
