Hi there, @laurah22. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Inspire 2.
As @SunsetRunner has mentioned, keep in mind that your Inspire 2 may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your watch has recently synced, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
For more information, see How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?
Hope that helps.

Hello @laurah22
Your fitbit should automatically sync to the correct time if you are connected to your Bluetooth on your android or iOS device. If you are indeed connected through Bluetooth but your still experiencing issues then I’d try restarting your Inspire 2. You won’t lose data doing so. Look here to see how to properly do so: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm
I do hope this helps and gives you a solution. Please let me know. 😃 Happy Stepping!
