How do I change what device (phone or iPad) to sync with?

I have my Inspire HR registered with both my my iPad and Android phone.  I prefer to use the app on the iPad because of the larger screen, but when I am outside I do not have my iPad with me.  Sometimes syncing with the phone works and other times it can not find the device.  The same is true if I last synced on the phone and want to use the iPad.

i found that if I turn off blue tooth on both the iPad and phone and close the app on both and then turn on blue tooth on the one I want to use and start the app it helps, but that is not always convenient.

With 2 sync devices, sometimes it helps to turn off bluetooth one one device to sync with the other.

As for preferring the larger iPad screen, you should still be able to see your data there, no matter where it synced from.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
