Hello,
I've had my inspire 2 for a week now. The manual says:
This notification repeats several times or until dismissed. If you don't dismiss an alarm, it repeats in 9 minutes. The alarm on most Fitbit devices turns off when you walk 50 steps.
To dismiss an alarm:
Every morning I wake up to the buzzing inspire 2. I can't really read it without my glasses.
I squeeze the two sides and it stops. I get up. I walk around and start my morning and about nine minutes later it buzzes again.
Q: How do I dismiss the alarm and not snooze it?

Monday - Sleep Score
Tuesday - Sleep Score
Wednesday - basic
Thursday - basic
Friday - basic
Three days in a row of not getting a good quality reading. After the first two nights I was pretty excited that this was going to work well, then three nights in a row of a simplistic measures, no sleep stages.
For last night I switched it from sensitive to normal, thinking that might help. Maybe it will, but not last night.

Re: Sleep Score....Ah, I just saw that the 24/7 heart rate tracking was set to "Off" that's probably why I wasn't getting sleep scores. I set it to "On" and let's see what happens tonight. I'll try and come back here and report in.

Still failing to dismiss my morning wakeup silent alarm. I wake up to the buzz, squeeze the two sides, get up and start my day, and nine minutes later it buzzes again. This morning it buzzed a third time too. I'm not sure what it is that does a regular "dismiss" of the morning alarm. Anyone?

This morning I had the silent alarm go off and I simply jumped up and started walking around. The manual says "The alarm on most Fitbit devices turns off when you walk 50 steps." But I walked around and in nine minutes the silent alarm went off again.
So far I have gone six straight days without being able to figure out how to turn off/dismiss the alarm. All I can do is snooze it for nine minutes.
Any suggestions?

Yes, I had turned off 24/7 HR monitoring and that stops the sleep stages and sleep score.
I turned it back on yesterday and this morning I have sleep stages and a sleep score.
Good.
