How do I enable reminders to move on Inspire?

I would really like to get a reminder either on my phone or for my Fitbit to buzz when it's time get up and walk around. I've looked online but haven't had any luck.

On phone app, you should have an hourly steps tile.  Open that and tap the gear icon near top right to get to settings for "Reminders to Move".

If you don't have the hourly steps tile, tap 'Discover" tab at bottom; scroll down to 'Health & Fitness Stats", tap that, and look for 'Hourly Steps'.

My reminders to move is on, but I’m not getting notifications.  I’ve missed twice in the past 3 days, because I’m reading or online, and not getting a reminder
