How do I exit an app - the coach app on my fitbit inspire?

I would love to uninstall the app, because it turns on accidentally and I don't use it.
But, failing that, how do I get back to the clock? It just sits there with the duration and some "Way to go!" message. Really frustrating.
I left it alone several minutes (while I searched the help forums), the display went back to the clock screen, but that coach app may be running in the background sucking up my battery!

@EquusEventer I'm a little confused, you say that you have an Inspire. HR and the Coach app is annoying you.

However Coach only is for the versa line and can easily be removed.

Could your way to go message be for hitting your daily goal or your active hour count?

In either case, tapping the side button should get you back to the clock.

Thanks. I guess it is some built in exercise app. I just use it for calories in and out. Fitbit doesn't handle equestrian activities, which are varied and, in addition to riding the horse, include many more hours mucking stalls and hauling buckets. I haven't seen an app for that.

Thanks for your answer!

I gave to possibilities of what the congradulations might be for. It would be easy to look at your goal at this time. As for active hours, these also could easily be confirmed.
