How do I get rid of things I don’t want to track in app?

I don’t want to track menstrual or food/water input etc. How do I get rid of them? It takes ages to sync each night and often fails so no point in tracking and syncing things I have no interest in

Oh my, this answer is useless.  Yes, I looked in the help article.  There's nothing that tells you how to get rid of this item.
