I been trying without any success to pair my inspire 2 fitbit to my new phone, i get a msg that it's pair to another device.
Please help me to fix this issue.

Since you longer have access to the old phone, I'd recommend performing a factory reset on your Inspire 2. To do so, please follow the steps below in the order listed:
