I'm trying to do a factory restart on my Inspire HR but all I can get information on is how to do a reset. The reset just blanks everything for the day. I want to reset this thing like I just bought it and have never used it before. Just like I would do if I was going to give it to a friend to use and he/she could start it off fresh

Hi @Hijohnjohn You can't actually do a Factory Reset on your Inspire HR, but you can erase all data.

 

  1. On Inspire HR, open the Settings app > Clear User Data.
  2. When prompted, press the screen for 3 seconds, then release. When Inspire HR vibrates and you see the clock screen, your data is erased.

Thanks for the reply but that only clears data for that day. I'm looking for factory reset to make my tracker go back to like it was the first day I got the thing. Nothing on it, not even my name or any info I've put into the system. A complete purge
