How do I prevent my Inspire from lighting up and using battery juice every time I move my wrist?

@Singer57 Here is a link to the Inspire manual. Page 18 tells how to adjust the Screen Wake in the Quick Settings. I'm not sure how many time you need to tap your Inspire to wake the screen when it is set to manual.
I'm also moving this to the Inspire/ Inspire HR forum, a better fit. It might help others with the same question.
