Hi, confused about how my Inspire 2 tracks calories/workouts. I do the Sweat App (Kayla Itsines) HIIT workouts for around 30 minutes three times a week. Do I need to manually add this workout in, or because my Fitbit is tracking my heartbeat, the correct calorie burn is recorded automatically?

Hello @gdorman and welcome to the Community. I apologize if I'm misunderstanding what you wrote. It sounds like you are doing your workout, but you aren't getting it auto recognized as any kind of activity. If this is the case, I recommend using the Exercise app on your Inspire 2 with the Workout shortcut. Auto recognition works best with continuous high movement activity. You're not the only user who wrote that their device has trouble with HIIT workouts. It will get counted if you use the Exercise app on your Fitbit.
If Workout isn't on your list of exercise shortcuts, this YouTube video by @Heather-S shows you how to do it. She is using a Charge 3, but the steps are exactly the same for your Inspire 2.
