How do I reinstall notifications app on my Inspire HR?

I deleted the notifications app from my inspire HR. Now I want to reinstall it, but it does not appear in the apps section within the Fitbit app on my iPhone. I went to All Apps and it is not there and there is no + or other way to add apps that I see.

 

A related question. Should I receive notifications on my Fitbit with the notifications app removed? I used to receive notifications before the update that added the notifications app, but I’m not sure if I should still receive notifications even if I delete the notifications app.

Here's how to get notifications, but it's not an app.  If you deleted an app, it must have been something else.

How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? 

 

Sorry, I was wrong about that.  I see there is now a Notifications app on the Inspire HR.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thank you for replying. 

The problem I found is if the Notifications app is deleted (through the iPhone app in my case), it no longer appears in the list of all apps and so cannot never-installed.
