I received a new Inspire 2 for Christmas. I cannot find how to remove my old Alta HR from my account and connect my new Inspire 2 to my account. Can anyone give me any suggestions or hints of what I need to do? Thank you in advance.

Hi @kastbrown go to your dashboard and click on the Alta HR icon. You should see a way to delete it from your account. You can do this on the computer, tablet or smartphone. How are you trying to do this? See if by clicking on your device, you can remove it.

Hi @unchanging after you set up the new Fitbit, you'd sync it just like the old one. I use Android, so if I want to sync, I just pull down on the app and it starts to sync the latest activity. click to read the article on how to sync
