@SteveH , thank you for the answer. Are you saying I should be able to go to the Settings on my iPhone and reboot the Fitbit device? Or did you mean there is an option in the Fitbit app to Reboot Device?

No, the manual is referring to the setting on the fitbit.

Did you ever find a solution? I have tried everything that was suggested several times and have not yet been able to see anything but the timer. Cannot scroll, cannot get to settings.
