How do I return my Fitbit Inspire HR?  I was told it was crap and made the mistake of buying it anyway......live and learn.  Still doesn't work after all the tried fixes suggested.  Been broken for 3 weeks now....purchased August 3rd.

Hi @PatrickLB  where did you get it? If you got it from Fitbit, the 45 day return policy is over. If purchased from another retailer, you'd have to ask them what their policy is for returns. You didn't say what your problem was, if you wanted help.

Purchased from Amazon on August 4th........2 1/2 months of problems.........doesn't work after doing all the procedures given by fitbit to resolve.....lol...right...lol...  Scam!  Good luck getting anyone from Fitbit to actually help.....trust me....I've tried.
