How can I access a 24 hour clock face

Hi there, @YviHillx. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. 

If after following @JohnnyRow's directions your Inspire HR keeps showing in a wrong clock format, try switching to a clock face that actually shows the 24 hr format. I have set a few clock faces that only show 12 hr format even when I have set my clock to 24 hrs. So, I recommend choosing a different clock face. From phone app Today screen:

Profile pic (circle at top left) > App Settings > Clock Display Time - choose 12 or 24 hr

Then sync

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
