I have been using fitbit for one wk now but i still do not know how to start the subscription to the obe year premium trial. Also, can i start this anytime or does it start when you first use the fitbit? Thanks!

@Rojelil Thanks for stopping by!

You will see a banner on your Fitbit app letting you know that you can take advantage of this. It should show on the first days after the setup but if you don't see it or if you dismissed it then it should show 2 more times in the first month after the setup.

I’ve never seen the banner. Just keep asking me to sign up for premium. Very frustrating!
