Have started getting notifications and emails on my FitBit Inspire HR. I have no boxes checked to get any notifications. I don't want to get notifications on my FitBit. It vibrates every time one comes through and is annoying esp. at night. I can't find how to stop them. Help.

Hi there, @SoteriaGal. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and sharing the details about the inconvenience with your Inspire HR. I understand how annoying this can be.
To turn off notifications, please with your Fitbit device nearby, tap the Today tab > your profile picture. Tap your device image > Notifications and disable the notifications you don't want to receive.

I have been to Notifications [https://www.fitbit.com/settings/notifications] and the only thing I have checked is Weekly Summary and Low Battery. The rest of the boxes aren't checked.
I don't even see this list:
Perhaps I am missing something ?? Thx.
