I've configured my Inspire 2 to NOT notify me except for low battery. However, whenever I get a message or email on my phone, the tracker vibrates. Plus, even though it's only 2 months old (replacing one that lasted a year and a half) the battery charge barely lasts 2 days, instead of the advertised 10. It's configured to use the phone's GPS (and is running down the phone battery). So what else can I do to stop the vibrating and take whatever load off that is using battery? When will the next update be available for this device?

Hi there, @MaggieBeth. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about the inconveniences you've been having with your Inspire 2. I understand how you must be feeling.
In order to turn off notifications, from the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon > your device. Tap Notifications and go to E-mail, Text, Calls notifications and you'll see the option to disable them.
If you'd like to temporarily disable all notifications, you can also turn on the Do Not Disturb Mode on the settings app of your Inspire 2.
As for the battery, to maximize your Fitbit device's battery life, see the tips in Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
