How do I turn off the heart rate notifications on my Inspire 2?

Since the latest firmware update, my Inspire 2 has started buzzing for heart rate zone notifications while I'm in a workout. I have "Heart Rate Zone Notifications" turned OFF in device settings. I see from other help articles that later devices have separate settings for this in each type of exercise, but the Inspire 2 only has one global setting, which I have checked and double checked is turned off. I find these notifications extremely distracting when I'm trying to focus on my workout. How can I disable them? Thank you!

Hi there, @schmidzy. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 2 is still vibrating during your workouts. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

If you haven't done so yet, please try restarting your Inspire 2 by following these steps. Then, test your workouts once again.
