How do I turn off the voice cues on my Versa 2?

How the heck do I turn this annoying feature off.  I’ve changed every setting on my iPhone to no avail.  Every single time I start a walk it’s back on!  It’s driving me and my walking partners nuts!  It didn’t use to do this.  The setting was turned off and stayed off.  I really hate this updated app.

Hi, @mwoz2 , starting an activity using your phone is quite an old feature of the app from when it wasn’t really possible to track exercises on the Fitbit itself, or for when you have forgotten your Fitbit and only have your phone with you. It is likely that Fitbit won’t be changing how it works, and not even fixing bugs should they arise, unfortunately

I would recommend instead using the exercise app on your Fitbit and start your walk on your wrist rather than your phone.  You will not get the annoying voice cues and you will have your info on your wrist, then later on your phone once you have synced your device.

For full information on how to track exercises using your Fitbit please see this help article .
