Hi, the HR has accidentally been turned off and I can’t seem to turn it back on. I’ve gone through all the settings but still not able to turn it back on?

Hello @Minfo08 and welcome to the Help forums.  Here is a link to the Inspire HR Manual.  A few of the Fitbit smartwatches have steps for turning the device off.  I don't see any way to turn the Inspire HR off.  I am concerned that you have a device failure. 

 

If a restart doesn't do anything:

  • Connect the Inspire HR to its charging cable
  • Plug the cable into a USB charger
  • Press and hold the button for 5 seconds

Then I think you should contact Support.
