How do I update the email address associated to my Fitbit account?

The email address I receive notifications for on my device is different than the email I registered with. I want to receive email notifications from another address. How do I change it on the app?

Hi there, @yeagermeista. Welcome to the Community Forums. 

If you want to update the email address associated with your Fitbit account, please follow the steps below:

1. Tap the Today tab and tap your profile picture.
2. Tap Account Settings > Change Email.
3. In the New Email and Confirm New Email boxes, enter your preferred email address.
4. In the Confirm Password box, type your Fitbit account password.
5. Tap Change and follow the on-screen instructions.
6. In the email you receive, click Verify your Email to complete the update.

No, I guess I did not make it clear enough. I DO NOT want to change the email associated with my account. I understand how to do that. However, I receive notifications from another email account. I want to change that one. Thanks.

If that doesn't describe your issue, please elaborate a bit more your issue so I can assist you accordingly. What emails? What notifications? What kind of notifications you're receiving? Are those Fitbit notifications?
