How do i find the Inspire HR registration number?

My insurance company app is asking for the registration number for the device, and I tried all the numbers on the box label with no luck.

Hi @RSAlleman, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. In order to avoid any confusion on my end, let me know what registration number are you referring to? Is it the 4-digit number in order that the setup process asks for? Is it the serial number of your device?

That's the thing, I don't know. ThE UHC website just says to enter the
registration number, and that it should be on the package!
