How do you check for the battery life

I need to know where you check for the battery life and how do you activate the sleep mode.

For battery status, hold in left button a few seconds.  Battery status is at top.

For sleep, on the Inspire (without HR), on phone 'Today' screen, scroll down to sleep tile and tap that, then at top right tap the + (plus sign) and you will see an option 'Begin Sleep Now'.  Tap that and when you get up it will be on a screen with something like "Awake Now' to tap.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
