I currently don't have my phone. And my fitbit had the wrong date so I clicked restart user data and now my fitbit says " Download the fitbit mobile app. " Keep in mind I don't have my phone. So I wonder if there is a way to repair my fitbit without my phone? If so, how?

The message "Download the fitbit mobile app. "means that the Inspire 2 is not longer paired to your account.
In that case you'll need to setup the tracker as a new device. Please follow the instructions in this article. How do I set up my Fitbit device?

@Milli88 unfortunately there is not a way to do that. You need to pair your Fitbit to a phone or tablet using the Fitbit mobile app. Then the date and time will be updated on the Fitbit when it is synced.
