How do you stop the fitbit from lighting up during sleep time? I HATE this so much

I tried wearing this during sleep last night and every time I moved the thing lit up the room like a 747 was coming right at me down the runway.  I might return it to the store today unless I have some way to stop this nightmare.  Any ideas?
I finally took it off in the end,  Very annoying.

@LHemy  You can turn off the “screen wake” setting.  Hold the side button in and you will see a lightbulb icon. Just tap it to turn it off.

I ordered a cover screen protector for it on line and they say you can put
black electrical tape on that and then snap the cover on at bedtime.
