How do you turn off reminders to move?

Don't need reminders to move.  Fitbit app will not let you turn this feature off completely. User only has option to narrow down reminders to move window to 5 hours.

How do you completely turn off reminders to move?

I don’t have this tile. 
I must have removed it many months ago before the updated app. 

You toggle reminders to move by clicking on your picture which takes you to account > click the FitBit device > scroll down to reminders to move and toggle that off.

That's crazy. This was the only way to make this work. Doing it from settings didn't through the app. But through that tile it did. had to add the tile then do as you said and it stuck.
