Hi everyone! So my inspire2 says I burn about 2800-3000 calories a day, and I know its off. Especially with excercise, I put my heart rate and workout stats in several online calculators and all of them tell me aprox. the same number of calories I burned, and its always about 50-110 calories less per workout than what my inspire2 says. My TDEE calculations also say I burn about 2600 cal a day, so I was thinking, should we just take off like 5-10% from the calories burned my Fitbit shows me? I think that would be better cause telling me i've burned 200-300 calories more than I have... I could mess up my deficit badly! 😕
