How to add Aerobic Low Impact Workout

Hi everyone, hoping someone can help me figure this out. I am new to fitbit, I just got it and have the Inspire 2. I am just a regular person starting some easy exercise at home, along with logging my meal son Myfitnesspal. So my issue is, I cannot figure out which setting is best for the exercise I do. I either do my bike at home (which is an option) and also I do the GrowwithJo beginner fatburn (20 mins) workout on Youtube. So I'm not sure which option is best for this workout? I don't wear the fitbit all day and night, I just use it to tell me how many calories I am burning during the workouts.What would be the best setting/option exercise to add for this? If anyone can help I would appreciate it. thank you.

If in doubt, choose 'Workout'.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
